Testimonials

The best defense attorney out there. He defended my brother and couldn't have been better. My brother messed up but he didn't deserve what the government was proposing. David didn't think so either and fought for him. He did some time, which he did deserve, but he was out and back to normal in pretty decent time. I'd recommend David Elden any time. — Chuck F.
Mr. Elden was brought in by my defense attorney. The case was pretty complicated and he wanted a guy like Elden who had connections to take a look. We were expecting something pretty tough. When they dismissed the charges because of the work of Mr. Elden and his team, I think I sat there for like a full five minutes before I said a word. — Howard N.
I thought it was a foregone conclusion that I wouldn't stand a chance against the feds. David explained the charges and then worked what seemed like night and day building my defense. Then I get a call from his associate telling me the charges were dropped. I almost drove off the road. He worked for me. He really worked his hardest for me. — Paul L.
I would never recommend being in a situation where you take on the federal government but if you are ever here, do yourself a favor and hire David Elden. He hacked away at their case and I am very pleased with the results. — George R.
I was facing some very serious charges. Mr. Elden and his team hammered away at the state's case. I went from years to months for my sentence. That difference made a huge difference to my me and my family. — Mark O.
I had the FBI knocking at my door, literally. I was so scared. I didn't know what was going to happen. My sister found David Elden on the Internet and that turned out to be very good luck. I think we got the best attorney we could find. — Chris C.
Mr. Elden represented me in what I thought was going to be a open and close case. My family and me were surprised when he got the charges down to something pretty simple. I was looking at a long time and now I'm only looking at a few months. I can live with that. — Essy W.
I was pretty much depressed and scared about my case. I have some priors and I thought, this is it. David came on board to work on my defense and he got the sentence down to community service. I can work and take care of my family with that sentence. — Ted B.
We got a great verdict. It was very surprising but I'm not going to complain! Thanks to David and his team. — Espie M.
